Shipping from United States

I ship via US first class postal service within 5-7 business days of payment clearance.

Tracking numbers will be provided for US shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of item.

I will issue a refund to you if you receive a damaged item or if the item is not what you expected. However, after two weeks of receiving your items, I will no longer accept returns.
